Fee Schedule

Full Service – $180.00 + GST

Includes the following:

Fixer & Developer Only Service – $155.00 + GST

Includes the following:

•  Fixer
•  Developer
•  Detergents
•  Sterile solutions
•  Other acceptable liquids to a maximum of 40 litres per service (office containers acceptable if tightly sealed). Overage charges may apply.

Sharps Only/Digital Service Tier 1 – $125.00 + GST

Includes the following:

• Sharps up to & including 6 Gallons(23 Litres) in acceptable containers.
• Overage charges may apply.

Sharps Only/Digital Service Tier 2 – $165.00 + GST

Includes the following:

• Sharps up to & including 12 Gallons(46 Litres) in acceptable containers.
• Overage charges may apply.

Amalgam Separator Disposal – $130.00 per Separator + GST

• Certificate of Destruction Available.

Veterinary Rates

• Sharps only; up to 12 Gallons = $165.00 + GST
• Fixer & Developer only; up to 40 litres = $155.00 + GST
• Full Service = $220.00 + GST

Minimum Service $125.00 + GST

Any of the above services will be considered Extraordinary Service if requested between regularly scheduled service dates.
Regular Service rates apply, plus the Extraordinary Service charge of an additional $75.00 + GST

Overage Charges
(at time of regular service)

• All liquids: $5.00 per litre + GST
• Molds: $1.50 per pound + GST
• Sharps: $20.00 per gallon + GST
• Plaster Traps: $45.00 per trap + GST

Discounts

Referrals: A referring office may qualify for a referral discount of 5% deduction from the next scheduled service fee.

Some quantity restrictions may apply.

Definitions:

Extraordinary Service: Any non-scheduled Service.

Overage Charges: Additional charges for quantities exceeding those listed for the service in the “Fee Schedule”

Reasonable Quantity: Any quantity that the service personnel can handle comfortably within the limits of the day’s service and vehicle capacity.

Green Check Canada provides quarterly service. Clients requiring less frequent service may request semi-annual or annual service at the same rates. We will be pleased to supply containers for any or all of the above services at no additional cost to all clients.

Written Contracts are available on request but are not required.
